Frank L. Bartoe IV is a veteran of the U.S. Army and has spent the last 20 years in the collections and financial assistance business. He combines a wide array of real-world experience with decades of industry knowledge, enabling him to deliver sustainable financial solutions that strengthen healthcare providers and support patients in need.

Since 2011, Nikao Services has been providing healthcare financial assistance services from the northwest Ohio area and partnering with hospitals, medical groups, and pharmacies throughout the region.
